[Action/Video]

[Finally able to get a decent nights sleep, Mary is jolted from her slumber as something shakes her bed. Groaning softly in pain, she struggles for a few minutes until she's able to see over the side...and sees a small triceratops. If she hadn't been feeling her bed move every time it hit it, she would have assumed she was simply seeing things. ( Read more... )

[He resists the urge to bring Finn and set them up for a dinosaur battle. That would be awesome. He leaves Finn with Sam, answering on his way out of the door.] I'm coming.

[He can't not come. He's taken to lurking in the coridoor out of sight as she's been healing so he can check on her without arousing suspicion. Except for the past few days where Dinosaurs have been attacking people, and he set to catching his own.]

Thanks...

[Turning off the video feed, she resists the urge to throw it at the mini dinosaur. But if this was one of the new things happening, she supposed it was a good thing it wasn't a carnivore in here.

When he comes into the room, he'll see random items littering her floor, varying from a cup to a tissue box...just whatever was within reach. There will also be a one foot tall dinosaur ramming the bottom of her bed, well out of the way of anything else she could find to throw at it.]

[He raised an eyebrow at the mess, and his lips quirk in amusement. He moves quickly, carefully picking it up, and holding it in such a way that it can't try and gut him or something.]

What do you want me to do with him? Sam'll kill me if I bring home another one...

[Breathing a sigh of relief as it was detained, she shook her head.]

I didn't really think that far ahead...I suppose as long as it's not hitting the bed and it's not hurt, it really doesn't matter.

[It wasn't like it was trying to maliciously hurt her or anything, there was no reason for the little thing to be made to suffer just because it found her room. Smiling slightly, she couldn't help but think about how Dean would love this.] It's actually kind of cute when it's not making a nuisance of itself.

We could file down the horns and you could keep it as a pet. It's not like it'll try eating you. [This might be where you notice the bite marks all over again. Then again, maybe not.]

A pet?

[Okay, she hadn't quite considered that possibility. and....it would be able to keep her company.]

I didn't think of that, but it may help things from getting so lonely in here.

[Frowning as she finally gives him a good look, she knows none of that happened in here.] What happened to you?

[He chuckles] A pet. One of the more carnivorous kind. But it's okay - I'll get him out of biting soon.

[the carnivorous kind. Oh jeeze...of all the things for him to want as a pet.] And if you can't? I know I don't know you very well, but I still don't want a pet to kill or hurt you in your sleep.

Relax, there's not much a two-foot T-rex can do. [He chuckles, looking at his hand] The bite radius is pretty pathetic on it. Finn's mostly harmless. Completely harmless when he has his leash on

Finn? ...Just keep him on his leash, I don't want you getting hurt.

[Adjusting herself on her pillows, she offered him a smile. It was nice to have company that didn't just come to feed her or bring pain killers.]

So~. Aside from acquiring a pet that seems to take pleasure in hurting you, how have you been?

Yeah, Finn. As in Mickey Finn?

[He sits himself down, triceratops placed on his lap.] not too bad, apart from keep having to play field surgeon. [Not that he minds really] A guy I know let himself get infected after wish week went bad for him, and just recently he and his brother got on the wrong side of a dino pack. But other than that, great. [He gives her a smile.]

[Of course, named after the drummer...] Ah~ That's pretty clever.

[Considering the dinosaurs, he was no doubt having to play field surgeon quite a bit. She knew enough to know that people tended to get stupid when presented with something strange] Are they okay? I'm sure one can't do much damage, but if there was a pack of them...that couldn't really end well.

They're fine now. It was a bit of a mess at first, but they're doing okay.

It's a good thing they have someone like you here then...I doubt many others could act as an adequate surgeon without proper tools.
