I just thought that it would be nice to have an archive of quotes that I love and/or find to be inspirational. and for the record, yes, this is different from my inspiration post(s); while it still may not be as organized as I'd like it to be, this is my way of remembering the words that are important to me and which I can connect to, or that which fills me with the motivation to live when I forget how to want to. and these words will come from an infinite range of areas, from books to speeches to fics, and from authors to philosophers to conversations that I hear on the train.
words are our most powerful tool as human beings. it is the basis of all creativity and provides the boundaries of our reality. we can make or break the world or whatever we want through them. words, in both a literal and metaphorical way, define us.
