So Bruce is back. Apperantly when he was lost in time he went to Marvel and stole Stark's armor. And a couple of Tony's gadgets. But Tim's okay with it. I don't know about Marvel though :P
I read Batman and Robin, and that one I loved. But, D just is starting to own my soul. I don't know if I'm happy about this either, because, Tim!muse just isn't a fan :P But, he's just such a wonderful little bratty foil to Dick's lightness. And he's trying to act so tough, deciding when Dick has an 'acceptable strategy'.
But, I didn't like the Red Robin one. I really just didn't like it. The only thing I enjoyed was Pru saying the stuff about the handcuffs and Tim saying he wasn't even sure he wanted to know. Because he does want to know, because he's a kinky little brat.
Just saying...
Outside of that, the issue was disappointing. Even the artwork made me sad.
As for Stephie's, I really liked it. I like Bruce getting put in his place on the random occasion, because he just deserves it. And, well, the writing was just better than Tim's.
I don't know if you picked up the Outsiders, but, with my little bit of knowledge on the characters I enjoyed that one as well.
Oh, my Tim!muse is long lost. Damian!muse scared Tim!muse away and I don't know if I'll ever find her.
I agree. Batman&Robin was so much better than Red Robin. Batgirl was better than I thought, but Batgirl still feels like reading Spiderman and um...if I wanted to read Spiderman I would read Spiderman. But the plot was good and the art too! Whoever draw Wendy should do it more often.
I don't read Outsiders, but I picked it 'cause of The Road Home arc. I haven't read it yet, but if you are saying it's good I will :)
I can't wait next week for Catwoman and of course the issue with Oracle. Bruce didn't seem very happy with Babs in Batgirl...
*revives Tim!muse* NO! You must love him! You can love them both! D:
Yeah, I don't normally read Outsiders either, but, I read about Bruce, so that's how I ended up with that one.
But, and this has been nagging me, do you find it awkward they are writing these Road Home tie-ins before they even explain fully how Bruce came back without blowing a hole in time and destroying the world, because I do. I mean, I can normally look aside when they are writing all of this non-linear stuff, but that's a big one to just ignore.
I have this hope that we'll learn more about how Bruce came back in the Oracle issue. I really need an explanation. DC is not Marvel. When I read Marvel I know that common sense is out of the question :P
But I'm expecting more from DC. Not that DC has a lot of common sense. Just a bit better than Marvel.
They are definitely explaining it in Return of Bruce Wayne....it's just, the actual explanation isn't until...next month I think because the end of the recent issue was him appearing and everyone like...'Oh crap we have to stop this'
So, I just thought it was odd they were putting out the Road Home before they finished Return of Bruce Wayne.
*huggles Timmy* Now I am challenged to write him so often that you are forced to love him again.
But I love Timmy! Just not as much as I love Damian...Damian needs some love! All he gets is hate from the fans. It's not his fault his maker is Morrison.
Hmm...I believe it's time to read the latest issue of Return. With the Road Home I forgot all about the Return.
You keep your mean Damians to yourself :P It's so his fault that Morrison fleshed him out and had him throw my Timmy off of that damn dinosaur.
Meh, I don't like Return. I literally read it just to know what happens. And it's a thousand times worse now that they have Tim talking with the JLA. He's so....clinical about what's happening with his Father, almost like he doesn't care that they are saying he can't come back even though he his alive.
I'd like to remind Morrison that this is the boy who jetted out of Gotham to prove that fact, just because he knew he hadn't lost another Father and he loves Bruce. He wouldn't just let this go and tell all of these people that, yeah, let's stop him. He'd be a wreck.
Plus, Dick is the Bats of the JLA. Why is Red Robin making these statements?
Tim...I don't know what happen to him. I mean, if one person should be happy that Bruce's back that's Tim! The guy went all around the world to find him and then he's all 'You're back. Okay. Next case.'
PS I'll be online until 5:30 my time tomorrow, so I hope to see you!

But you need to read Batman&Robin. Tim makes a cameo there as well. And our boys (Dick and Damian) are rocking the show.
But Bruce has his doubts about...just read it!

I wonder if Booster Gold had something to do...

*sigh*
I hate DC sometimes.
