This is a clip from "Today's Special", one of my favourite shows when I was a kid.  Jeff is a mannequin who comes alive at night in a department store when you put his hat on and whisper the magic words "Hocus Pocus Alimagocus".  In this episode, he sings a song and dances around the store.  It's funny, but I still remember all the words to the song, and I can clearly remember dancing around the living room while singing it.  Watching it now, I wonder what was so great about it, but hey, it was more than 20 years ago.
