I'm always looking for modest and practical outdoor wear. Unless I am actually riding a horse, I don't find jeans to be a good choice.
After many months of thinking about it, I finally broke down and bought the macabi skirt.
Very glad I got it. Wore it this weekend for an all-day outdoor event. It's comfy and stain-repellant. It makes for no-hassle Port-a-potty use. You can put a lot in the pockets without looking like a pack animal.
Nice surprise - though it's still not cheap, the price varies quite a bit depending on which size and color you order. Using it four or more times a year (very likely, since it will also be good for train and auto trips) I will feel I got my money's worth.
