Long-sleeve layering tops

Hi, I'm not sure I've posted here before, though I've been lurking for a while, so here's a quick intro before my question:
I'm Jewish, **Modern** Orthodox for lack of a better label, though I don't like to think of myself as Orthodox, married and living in Baltimore.

I'm looking for a good layering top to go under a dress I have. (Looks like this, almost.) The dress is modest enough for my standards, but I'm attending a wedding in a few weeks for which the neckline might be just a bit too low. Also, it's only 3/4 sleeve, and I expect it to be cold, so I want something to go under the dress for both a bit of added warmth and to raise the neckline. I'm pretty sure the modest-clothing store in the area has the sort of thing I need, but I'm hoping not to have to pay over $15ish for it.

I'm def. not busty, so no worries about falling out. I don't need to cover all the way up my collarbones, just fill in the v-neck a bit, though I'm not opposed to higher necklines either.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
