You all won't believe this, but I have a cold! I'm not joking! It's my own fault though, because I took Class 4 outside on what I thought was a nice afternoon. Well, it had been for Class 3, but by the time we went out it was extremely windy and rather chilly. We were only out for an hour, and I didn't even feel cold because I was warm inside my coat, but it was enough. In fact, not only am I sick, but everyone in that class is sick too.
I feel horrible! HORRIBLE. I can't even yell at them when they stare blankly in response to an easy question because I am the awful teacher who made them sick! I was really tempted to send them all home with hot tea and medicine.
WOE. Okay, I get the hint. Thou shalt not mess with the health of one's students or oneself in China, as thou art delicate creatures who cannot stand to be out in the wind for an hour!
Today my friends and I had an indoor picnic during lunch at Nicole's apartment. The plan was for us to sit outside, but it is COLD again, so we went to Nicole's apartment instead and laid blankets down on the floor. I highly recommend doing this, as it is all the fun of a picnic without the dirt. And we all know how I feel about dirt.
