A tutorial as requested by _sgtpeppers. :)

We are going from:

to

I made the base this dark on purpose because it's how I work in PSP. I add alot of screen layers.

Duplicate the base twice and set both layers to screen.

Screen 100%

Screen 100%

Now we duplicate the base again and bring it on top of all the layers. This is also going to be set to screen, but before we do that we will increase it's saturation by 80.

We have this.

Go to Adjust-->Hue and Saturation-->Hue/Saturation/Lightness

On the left where it says saturation type 80. Then press okay.

We now have this:

You can see a bit more color in there. Set that layer to screen 100% and then duplicate 5 or 6 times.

Screen 100%

Screen 100%

Screen 100%

Screen 100%

Screen 100%

Screen 100%

Now add an exclusion layer with this color.

#07122d Exclusion 70%

After that, we take the saturated base, bring it on top of the exclusion layer, and duplicate it 4 more times. Set the fourth one to burn.

Screen 100%

Screen 100%

Screen 100%

Burn 60%

And thats it!

Sorry if it was confusing. I was a little rushed. :)

If you have an questions or concerns, just bring it up to me. I'll get back to you. Also, if you want to show me what you've made with this, I would appreciate that as well.

Have a nice one!
