Hillstar Insurance has made it on my shit list.
First of all, their website sucks.
two, they won't accept e-checks or direct deposit, so I have to use a credit card to pay online.
finally, they didn't even tell me that they rejected my e-check, instead opting to cancel my policy?!?!?!
It's like these insurance companies are purposely driving people towards bankruptcy.
I wish infinity hadn't been bought out by them. It's going to be a long year with these guys. I may have to start sending them paper checks :-P
