I hate living in this state sometimes.
There was so much snow in CT over the past few weeks that my house now has like 50 million leaks. Or just four.
But we are getting even more snow and rain today and tomorrow, so I'm going to stay with my boyfriend tonight, and hopefully come home Wednesday if the roof hasn't collapsed.
I'm hoping that this won't happen, but my mom sent my siblings to my dad's just in case, and my mom is staying at her job overnight because she has to work this morning and tomorrow morning. My cats and fish are staying here, but hopefully the cats will have enough sense to bolt downstairs if there is trouble. Half of all my books are upstairs too, and I have a lot of them. I don't know what I'll do.
Sorry about this post, I didn't want it to get depressing, but hey look what happened.
OKAY POSITIVE SHIT: My boss is closing the daycare early today (at 3), and since I was supposed to work 11-6, she doesn't need me to come in. DAYS OFF FTW WOOHOOO
MORE POSITIVE SHIT: I get to stay at my boyfriend's house so there's that as well.
