Remember when I was complaining about how I couldn't wait to leave? Not too hard, just scroll down a few inches. But now that I'm finally leaving in less than two days, true to my procrastinating nature, I've got so much left to do I'm wondering how much sleep I'm gonna get the next two nights. Another day would be nice. Why yes, I am a hypocrite.
Part of the reason why I'm so not prepared for this is because I've been spending a little more time with my family. (And, I'm not gonna lie, I've had some fun creating a Premier League Fantasy Football team and a MLS Fantasy League.) I went out to eat twice this week. I went and saw a movie in the theaters with my family and then we rented movies I spent tonight watching two of them.
The movie we went to see in the theaters was 3:10 to Yuma. Which was actually pretty good. Russell Crowe and Christian Bale were nice in that. But I wouldn't have liked it nearly as much if it didn't have that Awesome ending. With a capital 'A'. By my standards anyway.
I have to admit that I kind of pushed to go rent movies tonight. I really wanted to get my hands on a copy of Moonstruck before I left so I could copy it and burn it. Which I did and it is now currently in my desktop, copying as I type. I didn't take into account that it would take a long time. And that I have to burn it, too, which takes equally as long. Then I have to repeat the process about 3 times.
The other movie I rented was Hot Fuzz. Which was freakin' hilarious. And not really what I expected at all. But I should have, considering it was made by the same guy who did Shaun of the Dead. I can see that. But it was funny. Then my sister rented Thank You For Smoking, which was also funny but in a very different way. I liked it though and I'm gonna burn it too. Because I'm gonna be poor soon and I need to get all of these things out of the way while I can.
