Perhaps my stay in this City will not be as terrible as I had initially feared. There are unsolved mysterious here; intriguing puzzles that must be deciphered. Yes...there is much to be done here. Still, I cannot shake this irritating feeling that I am forgetting something.
To the tenants of the eighth apartment building, I'm experimenting with chemicals that I hope will create an efficient, new compound for use in my investigations. Please, do not be alarmed if you hear anything from my flat.
Apparently, there was some sort of...ah, curse yesterday? Another piece of the puzzle, I'd assume. Pray, how are you all fairing today?
