hello there! it is me.
sooo. i have so much homework to have done for tomorrow, but guess what i did this weekend instead?
i memorized the 50 states in alphabetical order. and learned the pledge of alleigance. and the lyrics to god bless america.
do i have a problem?
yes.
if only i put that much effort into reading 'taming of the shrew' or writing my essay about material culture.
god damnit.
work today and yesterday was awesome. hardly anyone came in so shawna and i watched house in the back room and today leanna and harold came to visit for an hour, which was fun. they had just come from montanas and i was sooo jealous because i hadn't eaten at all yet today at that point. i still haven't eaten more than a handful of special k vanilla almond. best cereal ever, by the way.
shawna and i also planned her birthday party, which should be fun. i'm really pushing the valentines day theme. there is nothing i love more than a good ol' fashioned theme party. NOTHING.
this week is going to be brutal. i have a grammar test on friday. i'm going to have to get meghan to tutor me again a couple of times before the test. that course is sooo difficult it's insane. i may as well be attempting to learn advanced japanese or something. i'm also going to try to go to the gym at least four times this week. i've discovered that i can actually run for more than five minutes now! haha. i've always avoided the treadmill because i just figured that i couldn't run, but on thursday afternoon the only machine left was the treadmil so i went on it and i discovered that i'm actually more in shape than i thought i was.
ok time to go read or write or something. goddddd i wish i could just go to bed. i'm so so so tired.
oh! i also saw slumdog millionaire last night! it was pretty good. i liked it a lot. but i'm a sucker for anything india related [except maybe the food .. ] so no big surprise there. it's nominated for 10 oscars i think. which reminds me that chris and laura are having an oscar party and everyone's doing a pool and filling out ballots with their predictions on who's going to win and whoever gets the most right gets the money! I WANT TO WIN SO BAD.
