I'm dreaming of angels on the moon Where everyone you know, never leaves too soon

All of us hung out on Friday night, it was good to get together. First we went to Cordello's, this place Mike had a coupon for. It's a little pizza shop that I'm guessing is mostly delivery/carry-out because we were the only ones eating there. It was fine because then we didn't worry about disturbing other people. We got two pizzas, one veggie with olives, peppers, onions and a garlic white sauce with ricotta and tomatoes. They were both really good, I ate four pieces. Then we headed over to Chen Garden which is a somewhat fancy Chinese restaurant with a big drink menu and bar. We sat at a table and everyone ordered drinks except me. We chilled there because it was close to the theater and then headed over to Pittsford Plaza. We sat in the very front because there were seven of us and most of the rows had people already. We saw lots of previews. The movie was pretty funny, there were some good lines, and I liked that the ending wasn't so predictable. After that it was pretty late so we went home. I was able to sleep in a little, at least 7:30 but Mike had to catch his flight then so he had to get up much earlier. He woke me up when he had to go. I went back to bed though, I had a looong day of driving.

I packed the car without too much trouble, but I had to go feed the dog also. I had packed my trunk the night before and just had to put in the plants, cat, food, and computer. I actually left on time at 9 and headed out. My mom had been freaking out about this snowstorm that was supposed to hit on Saturday. Through NY I had no problems, it only started to snow a while after Buffalo. When I got into PA the roads became worse because the snow was falling so fast. But the worst of it came between Cleveland and Columbus. The right lane was barely visible and I tried not to pass because there was so much snow in the left lane. Most of it I was only going 40-50 mph. That added on an hour to my drive. After Columbus it got better eventually. It turned to rain, then snow, then in Indiana nothing. I got home around 7 and unpacked my car, it didn't take too long, I just threw everything in my room. Rob came over to hang out and we watched some TV and went out and got Mexican. While I was getting out of his car in the parking lot I stepped on the curb and slipped on my butt. We went home and watched Coyote Ugly and had a drink. On Sunday I spent most of the day unpacking and cleaning. I vacuumed my room, the downstairs, I cleaned the kitchen sink and counters. Sunday evening I went grocery shopping with Tony, he doesn't have a car. He only eats organic food so even though I got more than him (he got a lot of bottled water), my bill was half of his. We went to his apartment which is in a dorm because he's the hall director. It's actually pretty nice because it has a full kitchen and carpet and furniture. He made me dinner (pasta) and we had ice cream for dessert. We watched a lot of Planet Earth which was cool. He's funny because we are both really stubborn when we think we're right and we kept disagreeing on random stuff like spelling, vocabulary, facts in nature. And then we'd go look it up and I'd be right.

On Monday I had my stats class at 9, yuck. I went to the bookstore after class to see how much the manual was, I was borrowing the book from someone else. I ran into Sean there and we chatted for a bit. I had never been in the book section before since I hadn't needed to buy books. Monday afternoon I went to the body shop and scheduled my work done. I also watched a lot of TV because we get a movie channel preview this week, all the HBO stuff. I went to the gym with Courtney later on. Tuesday I had my haircut at 12 with Neely, I like it a lot. It's still not as short as I wanted it, but it's better. I had my GIS class which totally freaked me out. It's practically an independent study with no real class meetings. Since I do not consider myself too adept at using GIS it's kind of scary. But the good thing is I can work on it when I want to. Tuesday night I had my ecology class at 6:30, that time sucks. I do not like to do work that late. The professor is teaching it for the first time and she talked really fast and had all these projects for us, like leading discussions. But we only meet once a week, so.... Wednesday I had stats and then a meeting was canceled so I went to the gym. I went over to Carissa's later for the cat date but her cat didn't like Sylvia at all, she is very aggressive. We talked about the club a lot and she said she could recommend me for a position on the environmental council if I wanted. Then I went with my roomies to the Russian ballet. It was good, the costumes and dancing were cool, but the story was lacking. Since there's no talking a lot of the plot was difficult to understand. And the synopsis didn't even directly go with the performance. But I had a headache so maybe that was why. Quite a few people were there also.

Tomorrow I have stats and then I'm driving to Columbus to catch a flight to Baltimore to visit Cleo. It's super cold here so I hope I don't have any trouble. I don't have class on Monday.
