Ok, this is it. I'm going to break down and ask for help.
I have made a php forum, it worked fine, I didn't like the design. So I hunted round, found a better, simpler tutorial thing which made sense to me, I liked the design, it was relatively cutomisable, all good. EXCEPT IT DOESN'T WORK.

The problem lies as follows: Topic 1 & 2 are deleted as are irrelevant. Topic 3 is posted, people make replies, all is well. Topic 4 is posted, Topic 5 is posted. Neither of these topics can receive replies. When submitting reply, "ERROR" is displayed. Cannot find suitable explanation. I think the problem lies with add_answer.php, as that would make some semblence of sense.
Does any one out there know php well? If so, please let me know. If you can, take a look at the code, tell me what if you can see anything wrong, and I will love you forever and ever and ever.
