I'm Rantalicious.... They Hear Me Rantin' Down the Block and I Got It on Lock...
Okay, first off... this is a bold statement coming from me but uh.... PlayStation 3 sucks donkey dick!!!! I wanted to get one first day simply so I could sell it on eBay because I barely have time for video games as it is and it definitely woulda boosted my checking account for when I was in Florida but Game Stop fucked me over by not calling me when they were doing reserves for the system. I coulda made $10,000 thank you very much Game Stop! But anyway back to PS3 sucking like Jenna Jameson in a room with 8" cocks. At this current point in time, it's just eye candy. All style, no substance. Their launch titles suck! So far the only game I see worth taking a stab at is Ridge Racer 7... I STILL haven't picked up RR6 for Xbox 360. So far... PlayStation 1, Dreamcast, and GameCube had the best game lineup at the time of launch. I played some off-road truck game and it's pretty detailed down to the underbody, drivetrain, as well as dirt and damage on the car. But it got boring really quick and the gameplay is SOOOOOOOO slow. I don't understand why these consoles that are "graphics powerhouses" run at such low frame rates. Sega gave us "blast-processing" which gave us blazing coke fiend fast gameplay and frame rates on consoles far inferior to the ones we have today... so what the hell is the problem on these new systems??? I hate slow games! Madden and NCAA 07 runs faster and smoother on PS2 than it does on the Xbox 360 version.... does that sound right to anyone else???
NOW, here comes the rant I've been meaning to rant about..... that was very redundant but nonetheless, on with the show! Michigan is overrun with idiots and those who possess what I like to call "twisted logic". About a week ago I saw a bumper sticker on a car that read "The economy needs your help.... buy American!"........... IT WAS ON A FUCKING HONDA ACCORD!!!!! The damn vehicle was constructed by a bunch of people under 5'9" tall who don't use consonants at the end of their words between drinking gallons of green tea!!! I don't get that shit at all! 70% of Michigan's economy IS the auto industry and right now unions and the foreign market are kicking our asses in this department. I think we pretty much fucked ourselves over when we let all these foreign car companies setup shop IN MICHIGAN! NO! They're the fucking enemy! Why let someone else come in on YOUR TURF and let them take your money away? That's why we have all these damned buyouts and plant closings around here! I just find it REALLY ironic as well as depressing where the same people who spout "I love America!", "I'm proud to be an American!", "And united we stand!!!" are the same people who have a top-end German luxury car in the garage, an Italian suit, a Mexican gardner, a Swedish wife, and a Swiss bank account.... living the American dream!:P My dad worked for Ford from 1969-1997 so you know we've always dealt with domestics. And growing up all of my friends parents or other family members worked for GM or Chrysler. You don't hear about that shit anymore, making money working for the "Big Three" is a thing of the past. The people they're buying out are probably getting a decent deal but the people they're bringing in are gonna get fucked, the same wages and benefits aren't gonna be there for the newer breed. And that's probably why I feel the unions may have crossed the line by asking for too much... as if enough was never enoush along the lines of Oliver Twist constantly asking "May I have some more please?"... I guess $25/hr, full health and dental, 401Ks, and company discounts weren't enough. So until Michigan's economy bounces back (if ever). I don't wanna hear ANYONE saying "Gee golly I hope Michigan gets back on track soon...... now where did I place those keys for the new Nissan???"
And I just like to state that Beerfest is a fucking HILARIOUS movie! It's right up there with Super Troopers.... which I've NEVER discovered who took that off my shelf!
