I actually think Irina is very beautiful, but I completely understand what you are saying.
I don't think that she always models well, or with a lot of depth. These are some examples of her strongest work, in my opinion.

I'm a bit disappointed with lily D. But I do like Lily D in the 2nd last shot though.

i don't like irina at all but she looks descent in here. lily looks fantastic. i love her. =)
