I find this kind of disgusting-looking but I'm really curious how this shiny effect was achieved. It looks like they might have made a clear plastic mask for her face but did they also cast her body? Or is it just enhanced photoshoppery?

Well thanks to the fact that the shone continues through her eyebrows, and its naomi so never even for the sake of fashion would she cover herself in anything remotely slimey, its safe to say its just as usual ps

Looking at the photos more closely, I can see certain imperfections in the plastic mold casing that repeat from image to image, so it is definitely some kind of hard plastic mold. Plus, they even show it in the first photo. I had thought at first it was some combination of photos and photoshop but it does look like they made a plastic mold that was placed only over the front of her head, torso and arms. The face mask probably had small nose holes for her to breathe out of.

Definitely effective to get people to look more closely at their photos.

I like the effect, although I think it would have looked really cool with a cyberpunk-themed wardrobe/accessories.
