Ah, the weekend--at last. Normally I'd love nothing more than to be productive, but between the incident with the door and the weather and the endless parade of unwelcome visitors during Open House, it's been a rather trying week. At this point, I feel so relieved that I'm not even fazed at the prospect of having yet another dinner date with another "upstanding gentleman of good pedigree and reasonable wealth" tomorrow night, courtesy of my parents' continued attempts at matchmaking. Hopefully, it will be short and relatively painless. Of course, I hoped for that the last two times as well...
