You so sweet...
So I went out to dinner last night with Alex N, that was a rousing good time. I can't for the life of me figure out why we're not better friends. We get along incredibly well, or so it would seem. We tried going to SEA Thai only to find that we would be completely ignored instead of served. After 15 minutes of good conversation and no beverage order, we got up and went to Brio... NOW, before I start going on about the noose on my neck, let me just say what a kick ass time I had. The food was great, I had a glass of one of the best Chiantis I've ever had before, and conversation never became dull or dry. It was an entirely fabulous evening and I don't regret it. However... I did max out my Mastercard.... again... and I only paid half the tab... Jeeze man, I have control issues :o) but who cares (besides the good people at Mastercard). Anyway, the evening brought my spirits up.
I was also in high spirits after finding new victims on a4a. That site really is a waste of time, but I'm still so addicted. Meh. It seems like I find new people to chat with on there every couple of months. They'll last a little while in chat, then one of us gets bored, then I'll have no one to talk to, then the cycle will start over again. I really should replace this routine with something else, but I'm just hoping that I might find Mr Right on there. It's a perfectly logical rationale, seeing as all my other friends have become coupled via a4a...
