Roomate Needed

 my sister and i will hopefully be moving into the former home of  Joshua and the Hobbit. we are gonig to be in need of a roomate. base rent will be 750. its a three bedroom, 2.5 bath located on morningside drive. rent for the two bedrooms will be 235 a month, seeing as i should pay more for the master bedroom due to the half bath. the house is in

Actually, it's two bathrooms, not 2.5. The second bathroom only has a shower, not a tub. Also, we're not breaking lease. The deal is, John didn't give notice that he was moving out, so they want us to be responsible for next month's rent. I'm assuming they'd pro-rate it, since they did when we moved in. The main thing is, we are trying to work it out so we don't have to pay a month's rent when two of us haven't even been living there. We are going to see if we can just transfer the security deposit to the next people who sign the lease and have them in by the first of the month. Anyway, just thought I'd clear that up.

i meant 1.5 baths, and what i meant by breaking lease is not giving them 30 days notice. they like to penalize you for doing that, like when me and mark broke our lease
