Buttercup came to visit!
Auntie Buttercup came to visit for the weekend, ostensibly to renew some visa/passport thing, but really we know that she needed her Z fix. :) It's good to have her back hanging with us, but of course makes us miss Auntie Bubbles even more. They'll both be here in December, and that'll be a good thing - whole "family" back together again!
I've been having much fun in our games class - this week we were to take a field trip and observe people interacting and be inspired to brainstorm ideas for learning games - I went to the City Market and had a lot of fun watching people and listening, etc. I discovered there are a lot of coffee drinkers and tis the season for donuts, cos there was a lot of donut eating as well. On the plus side, I also came up with some cool game ideas... :)
Anyway, right now I'm at "work" gently banging my head against the wall as ffmpegX doesn't seem to want to recognize .mov files.... perhaps it's time to bust out the old command line and forget this GUI idea... off to google it, yo!
