Happy Father’s Day!
Don’t guess we’re doing anything special for Dad’s Day. Never did hear from T and hubby never said anything about talking to his sister about Country Buffet. That’s ok. We’ll do our normal Gunther Toody’s and just hang out.
Saturday was kinda cloudy and cool all day. Nice. No big storms, but nicely cool.
The heat is coming with the Summer Solstice. In the 90’s today and for the next week, I think.
Maybe hubby will get the A/C put into the windows today.
Work was busy-violent-until about 0400 and then things sort of died down. Thankfully.
Hubby bbq’d hamburgers for dinner Saturday and I brought the leftovers. Yummy. He is the bestest cooker!
He’s been tearing apart the kitchen looking for this awful smell we can’t track down. In the course of doing that, he dumped the red spice rack on the floor, breaking every jar except for 3. Of course, this was the rack that held our most used spices…
And the kitchen still smells funky! I think the cat brought in a wounded mouse that crawled under somewhere and died.
