Bike Ride into work
I haven't done much in the last week or two. Post Tri... dying dog and stress sleep.
Cool 55ish degrees out. Dry pavement.
TM: 22.32 (no warm up ride to the end of the street)
AVS: 15.2
MXS: 40.0
ODO: 1360.4
DST: 5.76
Good mellow ride into work on the old Trek 6500. Tires are low (forgot pump in the car). Rear tire has some separation in the wall of the tire. Need to replace it.
