Powers/Limitations: Powers explanation here! However, Yusuke's trained and trained to get to the level he's at. If Bobbi stole his powers, she'd most likely wind up at the "one-shot-a-day" mark that Yusuke was at when he first received the spirit gun.

Powers/Limitations: Well he's a demon, but he also has the power to control plants.
Does Bobbi have permission to steal your powers for awhile?: She can totally steal his ability to control plants - even demon plants! But not the rest of his powers.
Does Bobbi have permission to negate your powers for awhile?: Again, yes to the plant thing, no to the demonic power set - that stuff's part of his essential nature, and she could no more steal that than she could steal his ability to be human.

Powers/Limitations:Empathy (feeling emotions, rather than sensing), chronokinesis (speed up, slow, halt, reverse time in a 30 foot area), temporal awareness (mess with her history, and she'll know)
Does Bobbi have permission to steal your powers for awhile?:Empathy, sure, temporal awareness, I suppose. Chronokinesis stems from a bit of Time Vortex left in her, so I don't think it's really mimickable.
Does Bobbi have permission to negate your powers for awhile?:Anything but the Chronokinesis, I suppose so.
