(no subject)
So here I am at work and no one has shown up for me to teach in the last 2 1/2 hours.
Therefore, that justifies me being on the computer.
I've been reading a lot of Scary Go Round, its pretty good interesting Brit stuff.
Argh, show Friday - and theres been 0 MDO practices... I serously think I'll be up there alone again. This time I'm prepared for it though.
I did a Beatska (and the Sunflower Kids) practice today though (#2). It was pretty decent... working on getting song flow and the such. At the moment, consists of Joe, Zack Parker, Ian (Joe's bro) and myself. Supposedly getting horns... whenever we find someone dedicated. My part in the band is just synth... and bass which comes from either of the keyboards. The only other thing is, I'm the only one with any sort of experience within the 'az scene', as little as it may be, but I know some things that you can and can't do and the such. I guess I have Stefan to thank for a good deal of that. Ska music makes me happy - especially making it.
I have a feeling that its going to end up being a waver between doing MDO solor or putting more effort into Beatska. We'll see how everything is turning out in like a month or so. Still considering doing that tour - even if it's solo. I think I pull off something like Atom and His Package, or so I hope.
Ugh, I gotta sit around here until about 7:30 (assuming someone shows up for the 7:15 class). Everyone for the most part isn't come in to help me or anything, so its kinda not much fun. Its really weird though, I asked them about calling people to see if anyone would want to come in. They said I couldn't call Jesse and I found that really weird. o.O' As in, they don't trust us like that, when nothing is really going on. Oi, I think I'm going back to reading more Scary Go Round. Lates.
