"Hankyu~ung! Go cook for me - I'm starving!"
"You would have to move for me to do that, Chul-ah." Hankyung patted Heechul on the shoulder. The elder was currently draped over the dancer's body, face pressed against his chest and his arm slung across his stomach.
"Mmf. I'll wait." The living room was quiet again and Hankyung took to studying the ceiling, noticing a water stain. He'd have to remember to point that out to Jungsu. His phone rang in his back pocket and he tried to reach for it, but Heechul's weight in his lap made it a little to difficult.
"Chul-ah," he started, squeezing his side. Heechul sighed loudly but made no move and Hankyung could tell by the slow, deep breaths that he had fallen asleep. Hankyung brushed the black hair off Heechul's cheekbones and rolled his eyes at the blue shadows underneath Heechul's eyelashes. They really needed to deal with that complex Heechul had about sleeping alone.
The ring-tone finally ended and a few seconds later the mobile beeped, telling Hankyung whoever had called left a voicemail. "Heechul," he called again quietly, this time gently shaking the singer. Heechul grunted in response, not opening his eyes. "We have to get up now."
"No~o!" he whined, burying his face roughly into Hankyung's side. The dancer sighed and tried to wiggle out from under his lover. Heechul effectively tried to stop him by tightening his grip, the hand that had been on the floor now held on to Hankyung's bicep like his life depended on it. "No," he repeated, his voice low and muffled. "You just got back, why do you want to leave again?"
Hankyung hummed softly and resituated Heechul, making him sit up and straddle his stomach. "Heechul, I'm not going anywhere. Except the kitchen, if you're still hungry." Heechul studied him with an expressionless face. Hankyung reached up and tucked the hair back behind his ear, quirking an eyebrow. "Whatcha thinking, babe?"
Heechul sighed and leaned down to place random, airy kisses all over Hankyung. "I just missed you, that's all." Hankyung chuckled lightly and searched for Heechul's hands, intertwining their fingers when he found it.
"I could tell by the way you tackled me as soon as I was through the door. It was kind of like an ambush, actually." Heechul paused just as he was about to drop a soft kiss on Hankyung's nose and glared at him. Then he nipped at the tip of tan nose and sat up with a huff.
"You're this close to ruining the mood." Hankyung just laughed and patted Heechul's side as the singer settled back down across his chest.
"I love you, Heechul," he announced casually.
"You better." Hankyung knew Heechul had planned to come across as indifferent, but he couldn't help but love the childish, pleased smile that Heechul tried to hide. They laid like that for quite some time and it wasn't until Hankyung was about to doze off, thinking Heechul already had, that the other spoke. "I love you, too."
Hankyung grinned and held Heechul tighter.
Kind of feels a little disjointed, because of the time span of when I wrote it.
It's ridiculously cheesey, I know. Is it happy enough, Melina?
