Hooowwwwwlllllll!!!!
So, I finally got my hands on to an HD version of Howl's Moving Castle. As is the trend with all Studio Ghibli movies, this one was brilliant! Brilliant!! BRILLIANT!!! Especially in the HD, on the Macbook screen. The imagery, colors - oh! brilliant! Of course, we got the English dubbed version, but Christian Bale is welcome anyday :D
This is my first Anime in a long time now. Since Tokyo Godfathers, 2 years back, i.e,.The best part is, when I buy my HD LCD, which will be anyday now, I can watch this movie over and over again!
Now I want to read the novel, which, I am sure, will be as brilliant.
The other movie that I saw, partly, was Welcome to Sajjanpur. I thought it was very cute especially, the hospital compounder playing a doctor. That is a sad truth in our villages, I have heard, but it was quite funny in the movie.
Also, I am reading my first Peter O Donnel now - the Modesty Blaise series, of course. It is been good so far.
I think I am finally back to my old read-and-watch-movies-and-more-all-over-again self. And I am SO happy about it! :P To add to it, I work part-time, so there's this whole lot of fun-time with Belle Belle. Trust me, nothing better than your faithful furry friend leaning against you and snoring while you snack and watch a movie or lean back to read a book!
