(no subject)
oh dear god. CAN I GO BACK TO COLLEGE NOW? i've had enough of this home stuff. my family makes everything so frickin stressful. ohhh damn there's more to say, but i am so glad i didn't post my last entry.
it kinda scares me that my home away from home is more inviting to me right now.
yesterday i was ready to go shopping and my car door was frozen shut. i went inside and called my dad, but his secretary said he was out to lunch and he wasn't answering his cell either. about an hour later he called back and told me to connect the blow dryer to the extension cord and melt the ice on my door. YES, i actually did that. i was desperate, bored, and needed to go shopping. after like 20 mins of standing there with the blow dryer in the freeeezing cold, i decided the door wasn't going to open so i went to the passenger door and opened that. then i basically had to kick my door open from the inside.
today i worked. it was nice seeing the kids again, but i really don't think i can handle going back there anymore after this break. it's madness there. after that i drove to meet colleen at walt whitman. an hour in traffic. joyful. just like holiday shopping. haha i really hate shopping for other people sometimes. i'm glad i got to see colly though. i'm having marist people withdrawals.
ahh on to some wrapping and baking.
