CONSTRUCTION HELP
I need help from anyone who has done construction. If you have done a big project, specifically hardscape, and you got construction documents, how much did you pay for those documents? We are being quoted 4k+ for the construction documents and that seems like a lot to me! The design itself was 2700 so why is construction documents so much higher in cost when all it is a list onto the design. It's annoying me that I can't find a "cost guide" online!!!
