So yeaaa I got into Bates (whoop whoop) but was rejected/waitlisted from everywhere else that I kind of wanted to go to (4 schools! on the same day!) The other schools I got into I never really wanted to go to in the first place... so Bates it is. Im happy and everything, it just sucks that I dont have a choice? But on the other hand I could have

Congrats on getting into Bates! My dad went there and I've been up there a few times... it's a really pretty place in the fall and it's pretty sweet otherwise... by the way, Redundant has to be one of the coolest Green Day songs.

dude, same thing with me. i was waitlisted/rejected from the only other schools competing with cmu. so cmu it is. and i had begun to realize it was a better place for me anyway...but i'd still have enjoyed having the choice...but, like you said, at least we got one we wanted man, the craziness this year is just horrible...so, as you said, goodbye college admissions process! and we made it out not only alive, but on top. congrats!
