haha you may have seen that my facebook status told you to look at a note which was a link to the new facebook terms of service, apparently there were a lot of us who did that, and so they changed it back to the old terms of service.

and i'm sure that if it weren't for the digg effect most facebookers wouldn't have noticed. i never really cared, but what was changed?

they would have owned your stuff forever, even if you deleted your account. now; if you get rid of facebook (somehow) they can't use it anymore.
