Does anyone else feel like our job descriptions should be revised? I feel like we are now low level bureaucrats, well those of us below the management level. Those at center manager and above would be "top level". Everyone from the guy in self serve to the Center Manager is bogged down with a constantly evolving set of procedures. The job tickets are reaching epic levels with some of them getting up to 20 pages. OTP will not be denied its attention. Since it's spyware, Big Brother knows whats going on at all times. Not to mention all the FedEx shipping procedures we must memorize. I still don't know what the fuck a "bill of lading" is, nor do I care to goole it or look in a wiki. The company needs to give us grades like they do in the US Government. G-19 sounds better then retail consultant anyday of the week.
