I'm pathetic at researching coding options, but if someone else makes a decision, I'm quite happy to play with code.

I'm quite limited in being able to answer "Is this possible without wanting to cry??" type questions, but given that I don't know how much knowledge you yourself have, I might be able to help.

Answered at your personal journal first. I'll volunteer for the IJ comm if Telesilla hasn't already started it. As in I'm willing to set up a permanent asylum for it.

Otherwise, I'm good for actual story conversion and author outreach when you get there.

unless you envisioning only needing the comms for a short time. IJ permanents are, until March 1, no worse than a years paid LJ. I'm not sure what functionality we would lose if we went for the free, but with the permanent there would be no ads.

Just let me know. I'll go ahead an set up the basic tonight if that works for you. Then it looks like maybe Telesilla would be willing to customize it.
