It's not your fault.

If the cause the infection is indeed in the bite, then something had bitten him...so it's not your fault. And you'd only put yourself in danger by looking for him or stay anywhere near him.

Personally, I agree with being quarantined...the dungeon would be a perfect place. But I doubt anyone could do that.

Maybe if we kill the source of infection, then everything would be okay again.
