Appearance:  [ x ] [ x ]
Goku stands pretty tall at five feet and eight inches, and has an extremely built athletic physic which weighs around 156 pounds. The man isn't too hard to notice with spiky black hair sticking out all over the place. But in case you missed that then you'll definitely spot the bright orange gi walking around.

Abilities: [It would probably be for the best to cap his powers. Not that he would intentionally hurt anyone but... just to be safe, should anything get out of hand.]
Being a full blooded Saiyan, Goku already possess a ridiculous amount of physical strength and is incredibly fast. Not to mention that his endangered race is known to be some of the most fierce fighters in the known universe. Their bodies can withstand extreme stress and it only helps them to become even stronger the worse they are beaten. Saiyans are also known for being able to ascend to higher levels of power, known as Super Saiyan [and then some] , when their fighting levels are multiplied to an unimaginable degree. This is characterized by the hair turning from black to a light golden blond and the eyes change from a dark color to a blueish or greenish color. Goku has learned a variety of skills and techniques, ranging from simple hand to hand combat all the way up to manipulating his own life force into energy attacks. He has a rather wide rang of energy attacks, and had been known to pick up a couple of them from his closer allies. Though his signature skill and probably most common attacked used is the KameHameHa.

Personality:
Goku has pretty much always been the bright and cheerful man he is today, still just a boy at heart. It's nearly impossible to get him angry. But... if you do somehow manage to do that, it would be best to stay out of his way. Goku is  fiercely loyal to those he cares for, which is pretty much everyone, and will do everything in his power and more in order to protect them. Though it is kinda easy to confuse him, the man isn't all too bright. He's also known for being too kindhearted, mostly to his enemies, since he just can't stand seeing anyone getting hurt. Goku has been known to offer his opponent a little bit of final redemption during battle, just as long as they promise not to continue being a jerk. This almost always turns out badly for him, yet the man still hasn't seemed to learn his lesson. Goku loves a good challenge, though that trait comes with being a Saiyan. He'll find almost any chance to turn a situation into some sort of competition for the mere fun of it. He seems to treat everything, even fighting, like some kind of game. If he isn't fighting, he's most likely eating, this is yet another trait of the Saiyans. Goku enjoys food probably just as much as he enjoys a good challenge.

History:
Goku was born with the name Kakarrot on the Planet Vegeta and was sent to Earth when he was still just a infant, since Earth wasn't perceived as much of a threat, this mission could easily be fulfilled by a mere child. His mission, to exterminate all life on the planet so that it could be sold off to another alien race for a nice profit. Well when the baby landed, it was a Human who found him. An old man named Gohan, who took the tailed boy into his home and gave him his adopted name, Goku. But the baby was wild and vicious and it was hard to keep little Goku under control. One day, Gohan took his adopted grandson out for a walk and Goku had accidentally fallen into a deep ravine and hit his head. The sudden shock was so much that the boy had forgotten all about his native heritage, along with his mission to destroy all life on Earth, and became this happy and loving Goku we all know today.

Growing up, the boy was discovered to have an unnatural talent for fighting and seemed to actually enjoy competition. He was sent off to go train with Master Roshi, where he met his life long best friend Krillin. It was through Roshi's training where he began to build the foundation to his incredible skills and learned his signature move, KameHameHa. Through the years, Goku has come to learn and master the martial arts along with other forms of combat in order to protect his friends and well... cause it's just fun. Oddly enough, he's made most of his friends through his battles and various appearances at the World Martial Arts Tournaments. This is also where he met his wife, Chichi, who was the strongest woman in the world during the time. The two even had their first son together which he named Gohan, after his grandfather.

But just because he was married man with a child, did not mean he had settled down. Not in the least. If anything it had given him something even better to fight more. Though perhaps too quickly. When Gohan was only 5, the boy was kidnapped by Goku's estranged brother Raditz. It was Raditz who had to remind Goku of his Saiyan heritage. But that didn't seem to phase him, as Goku refused to be associated with such a brutal race of people. He is a self proclaimed Earthling as far as he was concerned, ever since his tail was permanently removed back when he was a teen. With the help of Piccolo, who was one a vicious enemy to Goku, he was able to take out Raditz ad save his son. Though the effort had cost him his life.

But Goku was welcomed as a hero upon entering Otherworld and was allowed to keep his physical form in order to train under King Kai... who lived all the way at the end of Snake Way. He masted even more skills like the Kao Ken, which can increase the users strength, speed, agility, along with all their senses for a short amount of time. But the key lesson learned was the Spirit Bomb, capable of sampling energy from any and all lifeforms and has the ability to destroy entire planets should it get powerful enough. Once his training was complete, Goku was wished back to life in order to defeat the Saiyans that Raditz had spoken of. This was where he first met the Prince of Saiyans, Vegeta. The two had an ongoing rivalry ever since.

As years passed, he has encountered nearly all the universe's most terrifying villains. The epic battle against the tyrant Frieza was one of the biggest turning points in revealing the endless depths of Goku's innder strngth. After witnessing the death of his closest friend Krillin, he becomes so absorbed by rage that he ascends to the level of Super Saiyan and ultimately puts an end to Frieza's terror. Afterwhich, it was assumed that Goku had died during the explosion of planet Namek. Fortunately he was able to make it out in time and landed on a far distance planet, Yardrat, and received training from the inhabitants there.

When Goku finally returned to Earth, he was greeted with a whole new threat in the form of androids made by Dr. Gero of the Red Ribbon Army. The very same Army he had taken down when he was just a child. But unfortunately he was unable to help his friends during this battle, as a heart virus had put him out of commission for quite some time. Thankfully with a little future advice, Goku was given medicine and he managed to overcome the disease just in time to prepare for the battle with Cell. But it was this battle that Goku had given up his life in a last ditch effort to protect the planet. Unfortunately it backfired, and Cell was finally taken down by his son Gohan.

Once again Goku returned to Otherworld and again, received even more training. He even participated in a tournament along side all the universe's most strongest fighters. Had it not been for a small technicality of touching the area outside of the fighting ring, he would have technically won. Goku had spent seven years, training constantly, and was granted a one day pass to Earth in order to participate in the World Martial Arts tournament along with his friends. All of which were happy to see him, and it was the first time he got to met his second son, Goten, who was born not long after the battle with Cell.

It was during that single day when a new threat had emerged in the multiple forms of Majin Buu, who had proven to be one of the most challenging enemies he had ever encountered. Goku was unable to face the threat head on as he was already occupied with fighting a Majin possessed Vegeta, bent on Goku's total destruction. During their long awaited battle, Goku, who had leveled to Super Saiyan 2, is knocked out once his back is turned and Vegeta goes off to face Buu on his own, ultimately sacrificing his own life in the process. But the attempt failed, and Goku realized that he is no match for Buu on his own. So he proposes the Fusion technique, something he learned in Otherworld, and explains that Trunks and Goten should be the ones to do it. The ongoing fight with Buu took many lives and Goku had to return back to Otherworld once his 24 hours were up. When things were looking their worst, Old Kai gave some of his energy to Goku so that he could return to Earth in order to defeat Buu. It was during this battle that he powers up to Super Saiyan 3 and even further sets the bar in Saiyan strength. But Buu, who had absorbed a great deal of power, proved to still be difficult. It wasn't until finally fusing with Vegeta that the two formed the alternate being, Vegito... who was too absorbed by the monster. The two Saiyans decide to take him apart from the inside and rescue the other fighters in the process. Buu undergoes yet another transformation, albeit much weaker but still proposing a great threat. Goku faces off against Buu yet again, but isn't quite used to battling in a living body and tires out pretty easily. One last attack, the Super Spirit Bomb, had to be powered up in order to finally stop Buu. The power collected came from all over the Earth, Otherworld, even some of the neighboring planets. It was a last minute wish from the Dragon that Goku be restored to his full health in order to stop Buu.

Even through all the endless fighting, Buu had been more then just a challenge. So Goku made a wish for himself, for Buu to be reborn again as a good being so that they could one day get the chance to face off against each other. His wish was fulfilled and it wasn't till some years later at another World Martial Arts Tournament that Goku met Uub. The reincarnation was a little shy to fight, so with some clever little insults Goku was able to get a rise from Uub in order to see the boy's power. Impressed, Goku decides to train him and the two leave together.

First Person Sample:
[Do excuse him while he tries to mess with the buttons on this little badficberry thing. Goku isn't exactly all that tech savvy.]

Hm? This thing on?

[It's only a voice at first, the video feed kicks on to nothing but a static filled screen before finally coming into view with a rather confused face. Despite that though, the man just smiles after he finds out he just learned how to turn this thing on.]

I think that's it...
Um, hey there! I'm uh, not too sure what's going on here but... well I sure am hungry.
Where's the food in this place anywa-Aah! Opps!

[Yep. Goku just dropped it on the floor. There's a loud clatter and the audio/video is cut out.]

Third Person Sample:
The man hadn't been home in nearly five years. Where was he? Training, of course. Up on top of the Look Out that towered high above the Earth. Goku had only stopped for a short while, in order to grab a snack and maybe get a little bit of a breather before continuing. But maybe a little nap couldn't hurt. His whole body ached, and Goku was just exhausted from his session that afternoon. So it was time for a little shut eye to regain some of his strength.

Of course, the sleeping Saiyan was expecting to wake right back up where he had fallen asleep. But when he had rolled over, and had actually fallen out of the bed, he was more then just a little bit surprised.

"Aagh! Oww... when did that floor get there..."

Last he remembered, he had fallen asleep on the floor. So how was it that he could  have hit it like that? Goku reached up, rubbing his head a little bit as he looked over. Sure enough. There was a bed. Mind you, it wasn't his bed. The room wasn't his room either. So it was pretty safe to assume that he didn't belong here.

Wherever here was.

"I didn't... die again, did I?"

Well, he was pretty thrashed when he went to take that nap. Bleeding in a few places here and there. It was highly doubtful, but it could have been possible that he managed to die off in his sleep. Blinking his eyes as he glanced up. There was no halo over his head. So he couldn't have been dead. Well, there goes that idea anyway. So then, what could it possib--

Goku's thought process was suddenly interrupted when he heard a quiet growling noise. From his own stomach.

"Heh. Well, whatever this place is... I sure hope they got some goof food around here."

How easy it was for his priorities to change. Goku will figure out just what's going on here... after he has had himself a little snack first.

Notes:  Don't mind me if I sometimes make Goku a bit more derpy then usual. I have a bad habit of accidentally slipping into "Abridged Mode"

Bonus:
Well to be honest, he was the first character I ever started to RP with like waaay back in the day. Wasn't till recently that I decided to pick him back up for a bit of a test run and well... it kinda stuck. :D
