(no subject)
the only reason for me updating again is to complain. Okay so mrs canders has been mucho difficult about me applying early to providence. the only reason why my application isnt already in (well except for my essay.. but thats another story about people just being dumb) is because for the past two weeks, i have asked for my act scores. now i understand i was the one who lost them, but her being the college guidance counselor should be able to easily look them up for me. Instead you would have thought i was asking her to cut off a limb for me. It turns out today that they were in this drawer, literally no more than three feet to her right in a folder marked june acts 2004. excuse me? im sorry but are you shitting me. thanks mrs canders, youve just validated any doubt i had in you before hand and your credentials for being a guidance counselor.
then again she asks for a two dollar "processing fee" for each application. so on top of the hundreds of dollars my parents are alrady paying, they need to pay 20 dollars more so that she can go through her files, put a bunch of papers in an envelope, and sticking a stamp on it. are you kidding me. now if she was doing thsi on the side while doing another job and wasnt getting paid for it, then id see a need for a fee, but what is her salary for? and if im up to date on the prices of stamps and envelopes, that should only be abouttttt .37(stamp)+ .10 cents for an envelope, sooo .50 cents? what dude.
In other news, i didnt stay after school for film club. i kindof wanted to see the movie (some like it hot) buttt all is well. i didnt end up finding the book for diverse. thats not good, eh? ah well. im still in a super mood. what else can i say! i love when i can sit and just smile!
