Work better
I've been working a lot lately, of course I am happy to have the hours and the money. Something I've noticed though is that in the last month or two my relationship with my coworkers has changed.
I used to only get a long with a few people, since I worked and went home and did not go out after with everyone. Plus, I tend to point out when things are being done wrong. But since I started working mostly lunches, those who also work lunches being around all the time, we get to be pretty friendly and all. I really noticed this cause the other day one of the teenage (okay she's in her twenties now but when she started a few years ago she was a youngin') girls whom I've never gotten along with cause they are rather immature and full of drama and lazy, etc. started talking to me randomly. Since then I've noticed a number of other coworkers who talk to me too.
So I'm being friendly right back and listening and maybe I'll hang out with some of them outside of work. It couldn't hurt.
