I got edmucated
Started school yesterday/today (depending on how you define days, mine doens't end till I sleep so for me its still today). I'm only taking the intro to public speaking because it will put me at 62 credits and an A.A. stops at 64 so any other classes I take wouldn't even count. Yeah, so easy load this semester and I'm really relieved about it.
Otherwise, things are normal. Going to apply at Mimi's Cafe now that my schedule is set. Been playing Anna every other Sunday and not one of the characters has died yet, but made plenty of health rolls. Last week we played at Bill's which was really fun. He and his wife are really into swing dancing and up on their wall was this two page thing, one side was the wedding in swing talk and the other side a translation. It was normal vows but they (I'm guessing from the way it reads) did really in swing talk. It was really neat. Makes me think about what I want out of me and Budd's big day; I think he'd go for the whole Ren Faire thing really....but I don't know maybe I just want the traditional kind.
Anyway. Also thinking about this story a lot. Its a land kind of like George R.R. Martin's with mostly just medival overtones. Magic only exists in the form of elementalists, kissed by the elements. Not sure where I'm going with it yet, and to be honest its mostly Mary Sue in that I want to have fire powers. :)
