In which we play DK

I could wrap up all of Wyrdcon but those of you who were there know who you are and what we did.

I am going instead to talk just about the Dying Kingdoms game. I always have fun playing DK and of course me and wickedthought make it a point to play anytime we're at an LA Con. Last time we got down there I played the fiance to an Innish King who was in love with one of the other clan heads (played by the wonderful Paul Tevis).
This time I got play a ghost. Now, this could be boring in some ways. Not able to interact with anyone other than mediums and necromancers (and my cousin but shhhhh that is a secret). I had so much fun drifting and listening in to conversations. Trying to spook people but wafting around them. I started telling people they were cold when I was in the area. One girl (playing the mage who was hanging out with pirates) was sooooo good at role-palying this and just started when she saw me before I said anything after a bit.
And it was fun to find those who could see/hear me. I'd be wandering and then notice someone looking at me. I'd move to one side then the other to see if they tracked me. Then wander off and around them to get behind them when they didn't notice me. Then I'd whisper things to see if they reacted. At first the Ihkten woman (Deidre I think was the name of the character) shooed me away but then I started telling her things like the Dragon was trying to buy her from another man with a crystal. Ha. Information offers always equal win.
And in the end I got the pirates who killed me!

Thank you trekhead It was a blast.
