This computer is, now that I think about it, less than a year and a half old. And already I am dreaming of the day I get a replacement, yank out the hard drive and put it in an external case for my next machine, and then take this one out back and shoot it.

It has had way too godsdamn many problems for its age, cost, and the (supposed) pedigree of its components.
