So. I've recently come to realise something very important and pretty dumb. I never could quite get the hang of 'techniques', like logic, I just cheated a bit and tried making things resemble,without giving it much thought.
I also never thought about colours much. And when I finally got a tablet,last year,and finally got interested in colour, there's something that I kind of had not really thought about much. and this was, LIGHT SOURCES.
And the light/colour relationship. So I could get a vague hang of shading now and there.
It just sort of hit me in the face a few days(weeks?) ago, that I'd be missing out on something real important all this time. I also would love to try and learn how to speedpaint a bit. SoI think in the next few days,it's what Ill try to do a bit of everyday.
In the meantime, have a picture of kakebuke and I's OC Andrea Greystone lookin' anemic.
