So, some rather distubing news. We recently found out that someone killed one of the cats in the area and cut out its heart, then left it near the owners mail box. There's a serial killer in training. It's pretty upsetting to me, as I love animals. The wierd part was that the night I think it happened (we didn't find out about it for several days, so I'm guessing on the night it happened,) I was taking Buster for a walk. He was very interested in one tree that overlooks the cat lady's yard, which is fenced in by a 6 foot privacy fence. If you wanted to look into or gain entrance to her yard, you'd do it by climbing one of these trees. Buster was very interested in this one tree, and just as I passed it, I heard someone whisper something up in that tree. There's this weird kid that lives at crazy dog lady's house. He's a early teenager, but still acts a lot younger than he is. I've seen him army crawling on the strip of yard right next to cat lady's fence, and he plays with a younger kid as well. I think it was one or both of those kids in the tree that night (based soley on voice, though, and it's hard to tell with a whisper.) I've always read, though, that serial killers start young with animals cruelty. Gives me the shivers.

In a lot better news, we have a second floor to the new house now! We'll have to take some pictures, so all I've got is a picture I took with my phone.
