You don't know about the future!Doctor theory? It's been floating around ever since that ep aired ^^ Especially since it was so obvious how he lost his jacket to the angels, and the tone of that scene is different. And the cropping is really close, which, okay, could be done for artistic matters and yada yada yada, but it's also possible it was made to hide the jacket, but not quite, so that if you look carefully you can see it. So it's obvious in a way, but not blatantly so.
I read somewhere a counter argument of why it wouldn't be future!Doctor, because maybe Matt Smith was just cold and threw the jacket on. But they deal with that a lot of the time, cold I mean, and they're not sloppy like that, to do that a huge mistake.
Also, apparently, there's been other visits from f!D, in TEH, TBB, and VotD. Don't know about any of the others, no one I've read has mentioned seeing further than to FaS. *shrug*
Aaand, if you already knew about all this, I've been ranting for nothing. *laughs*
