Why is it that migraines have to happen so damn frequently these days? And why the #$%@, when I am on my own with the kids during school holidays?

Woke up with a raging one this morning, so bad in fact that I ended up vomiting, which is not pleasant at any time and when your head already feels like it's exploding, well, not great.
