Copy and paste icon onto 300x100 canvas [KEEP ICON ON TOP ALWAYS]. Fill background with #C889A3.
I created some sort of pinkish-y texture and set it to Soft Light.
Using a blurred circle brush i used #965392 to make the bottom purple.
Now to get a somewhat matching texture, i duplicated the icon and use a Gaussian blur (Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur) set at 18px. Then i duplicated that layer and flipped it horizontal. Setting them side by side, merging together and setting that layer to Normal 63%.
Now I copied the colors under the stairs and flipped it horizontal. Then i lightly erased the edges with a blurred brush tool.
Then i added text (Haettenschweiler).
THIS TYPE OF BANNER MAKING IS GOOD FOR: Brushed, rushed, and slightly simpler banners.
