I'm looking for a beta, and trust me, I'm looking for a real Grammar Nazi.
I want a Grammar-Fu black belt, someone who’s not afraid to nitpick at everything.
Be harsh, be nasty, be whatever you want, I just want a perfect grammar at the end of it.
I make errors, but I’m a REALLY fast-learner, and you won’t have to tell me things twice. I know how to run a spell-check, and I read, re-read, and re-re-read my texts before sending them to my beta. You won’t find stuff like ‘Moar sugars, plz, I is unhgry!!!!” in my works.
I’m writing for the Naruto fandom, but you don’t have to be familiar with it. I know my subject, and I know where I’m going.
I don’t want things to be sugar-coated. Don’t pull back your punches; pain makes it easier to learn.
I won’t whine ‘You’re a meanie!’. I can handle style criticism too.
I do NOT want someone who mixes up verbs like ‘lie’ and ‘lay’, like my last beta did.
Well, Grammar Nazi indeed.
Sorry to sound harsh, but I have been looking for a beta for over a month now, and no one seems to fit the bill.
What’s in for you? My everlasting gratitude, to begin with.

If you EVER need help with French or Japanese beta-ing, I’m your woman.
(Though… apparently you’re JET-ing in Japan, so you might not need the ‘Japanese Help’ bit ;D . But I can point out nice Tokyo places to you, and tell you WHERE you must absolutely go. Mt Fuji is sure nice to climb, but climb Mt Takao at least once, it’s really worth it. If you plan to visit Hokkaido, let me know, my husband is from Sapporo, he knows all the lovely must-see.)
All in all, I’m a nice girl, I’m just a wee bit too perfectionist for my own good.
