I made an AWESOME smoothie!
1/2 can mandarine oranges
1 can frozen orange/pineapple/apple concentrate
1 cup mixed tropical fruit in juices
1 cup orange juice
6 ice cubes
2 1/2 scoops Wish Protein Powder (vanilla)
Blend for 2 minutes and ENJOY!!!
For the last two weeks I've been stuck on milk and protein powder. WOW that gets boring! I finally decided to mix it up with some recipes I found online. I made a few changes (of course!) but it is SO GREAT! It's especially nice because the weather is SO HOT! Nice, cool, refreshing, and fruity! I think when I run out of that I'll try something with peaches! :-)
