(no subject)
Hooray for long weekends. Although it doesn't really matter to me b/c everyday is pretty much the weekend. Too bad I have to go back to school Tuesday. I still have to go buy a notebook. I have my book already, so that's good. Last week I went and met up with Kim. I got 2 books from Borders. Then we walked around Orland and window shopped. We tried on a bunch of watches at Fossil. I found one that I liked, so I may be going back at some point in time. We were harassed by this woman selling Dead Sea stuff, so we went and scrubbed our hands and put on some lotion. I hate being bothered with stuff like that. Oh well, she didn't pressure us to buy anything so that was good. Went and got dinner at Friday's. There was this totally HOT guy there. I knew I shouldn't look, but of course I did, and I know Kim was ready to pounce. When we were there Bryan called telling me that we were going to see the X Men movie and that I already had a ticket. Luckily I was already out that way with Kim. Kim and I chilled at her house for a bit before I had to leave for the movie. Kim was trying to find hotels in the city for the weekend getaway. I don't think we had any luck, but we tried to at least start looking. Oh and 'we' meaning Kim :) There was so many people in our group that I'm pretty such we took up an entire row at the theater. The movie was pretty good, or I thought so, but then again I haven't seen the other 2, but as a movie it was enjoyable. Friday I went out with Kimmay and we went to Jamba went to Oakbrook. I bought a dress at the Gap. It was on sale and so I was like I'll just try it on and see how bad I look in it. It actually turned out to be a really cute dress so I got it. I also did some cleaning at the house on Friday too. The desk back here is so much better, I mean I can actually see the desk. Yesterday I went to my sister's for a bbq. When my dad, Bryan and I got there she put Bryan and I to work right away icing the cake and cookies. Bryan and I brought Sophia to the park. I didn't really climb around with Sophia b/c I had a skirt on, but that didn't really stop me from going down the slide a couple times. Sophia was so sweaty and sometimes when she was going down the slide she would stick if her dress was under her properly. We didn't eat until forever, but I shouldn't expect anything else from my sister. I had to hurry us along b/c Bryan was having people over around 7 and I want to make sure that we got there in time. So Lenny, Becky, Joel and Rob came over to watch UFC 60. Matt Hughes totally won and I knew he would. I'm sad that I'm going to be missing UFC 61 b/c one of the fights is going to be Shamrock vs Ortiz. That is going to be a GOOD fight. So I stayed by Bryan's and he dropped me off this afternoon. Oh and the Rush won! Too bad none of their games are at home. What else? Tomorrow I'm going by Bryan's sister's house for his mom's bday. And like I've mentioned before, Tuesday I start with summer school. I still can't get over the fact that I'm a super senior and taking summer school for the first time. Well this turned out to be longer than expected again, oh well...
