Happy Monday!!
Last week I wrote Fuel on the Fire, a not-entirely-serious one-shot in which 1x02 Matthew and Mary have very ill-advised hate!sex after masses of cutting banter.
To my surprise, several people indicated interest in this scenario continuing in an AU manner. No, I thought, I only meant it as a one-shot and couldn’t see how they’d go from there and then… naturally, it spiralled and I now have a mostly-formed plot and have written the first chapter.
